Have a wonderful spring break with your students! If your student is bored over Spring Break, you can have them do the following: 1) Mission Project (see details below) 2) Practice for their chapel (links to the right) 3) Read their AR book 4) Math games 5) Trip to the Glenbow Museum to share what they learned 6) Research their family history- where did their grandparents come from, what traditions do you celebrate as a family that originate in another country 7) Practice their multiplication tables 8) Call a friend and make a play date 9) Go for a walk outside 10) Create a Gonoodle account Mission Project The mission project is to help raise a combined $100 for a Solar Powered Well in Uganda https://www.compassion.ca/shop/civ433-7110/ Our hope is that students will combined their knowledge of Waste in our World and Natural Resources from Social Studies and put that knowledge into practice by save 30 cups of water. How you can help: By encouraging your student to complete their task to save 30 cups of water and donating $2 when they have completed their challenge. If you would like to donate more that $2 please visiting Compassion Canada website to see other opportunities that you can be apart of. Our goal is to beat 4A to their goals and have this project completed by the end of April. Help us make this possible! | Keep Practicing!
