Brain Breaks
Everyone needs a chance to switch gears and take a break. Building time into your lesson for a break allows the students a chance to re-center and re-focus their thoughts. This in turn leads to students who are able to master the task that they are trying to preform by breaking up the task into smaller chunks that they are able to handle.
